Remember:  Ribbon, string and tinsel (icicles) are dangers to cats as when cats start chewing on them, the cats cannot spit them out so wind up swallowing the whole length.  This can led to a blockage or cutting of the intestines!  Keep all ribbon, string and other string like items away from cats.

Lilies are toxic to cats. Cats can die from kidney damage after eating even a small amount of a lily. Keep all lilies out the house! Don't put them on a high shelf- keep them out of the house!

Well, I got part of it.  Now I have to figure out why the second sentence didn't also end up in the quote box.

I saw in a post you quoted that you put your answer...

Let's see how this one turns out.

I think I'm getting the hang of it.  What I was doing previously was HIGHLIGHTING what I didn't want and hitting backspace to delete it.  I'll keep practicing.  Thanks, Margaret, Michelle and Mark for your "quote" lessons.  Can't believe it has taken me this long to get the hang of it.

Looks like you are finally getting the hang of it Vicki.... but if you want, I can still give you a call when you get home to go over it.  Your choice.

The problem in the following post of yours was not really your fault:

Code: [Select]
When you are reading a post and want to answer, click on the word "quote" at the top left corner.  That is what I did to get your post show in this post of mine.
I saw in a post you quoted that you put your answer before the
. That is why what the other person said plus your answer wound up both being in the quote box.
Ok...here goes.  Let's see if I do it right.

Since there was the end quote code in my sentence as a sample, after you quoted me, the program made the blue quote box stop when it got to the first end quote code.

If you want to have copied what a person wrote and have it show in a colored box, IF that person had used code tags as samples in their post, then you can quote it using the '"code" tags.  To get them click on the pound sign:  #

You can highlight what you don't want and then hit the backspace key.  BUT, do not take away the end quote symbol.  If you do by mistake, type it in to put it back.
