I change the plain red template choice into "Red Hearts".  So, when you are logged in, if you want to be a bit festive for Valentine's day, use the drop down box and the  "change" button at the top right to change the theme.  If you can't see the drop down box when logged in, you need click on the plus sign button next to the date to see the rest of that top section where the theme color change drop down box is located.
